Spencer Beckmann

Spencer joined our team as a Financial Advisor in 2016. He graduated from Eastern Illinois University receiving his B.S. in Finance with an emphasis on Financial Planning. Spencer was born and raised in the small town of Bartelso, IL where he learned the value of building strong relationships with people and earning their trust.

Spencer enjoys meeting with clients and helping them to develop a plan to achieve their financial goals. This might include retirement planning, saving for college tuition or purchasing a vacation home for example. He creates detailed financial reports for his clients that are individualized to their specific needs. Spencer can assist clients with stocks, bonds, mutual funds, etc. He would also be happy to give a second opinion on your current investment plan.

Spencer enjoys spending time outdoors hunting and fishing. He also enjoys spending time with his family and friends.

Adrian Croissant

Adrian has 20 years in the Financial Services Industry and serves a variety of clients including individuals, small businesses and non-for-profit organizations.

Adrian decided to go into Financial Planning as a way to assist individuals fulfill their aspirations of effective planning for education, retirement and other financial objectives that come up in life.

Adrian grew up in Belleville and has not strayed too far from his childhood neighborhood, now living in O’Fallon with his wife, Adrienne and two children Jessica and Dre’ (Adrian IV).

Adrian is a graduate from Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville. He also serves on the Ainad Shrine Investment Committee and is Secretary of the Board of Governors at Shriners Hospital for Children in St. Louis, MO. Also look for Adrian at many homecomings and picnics in the area as he is an active member in the Ainad Shrine Drum and Bugle Corps.

Tom Mahoney

Tom Mahoney is a Financial Advisor providing comprehensive wealth management to individuals, families and businesses. Tom has 20 years in the Financial Services industry, specializing in designing and managing investment portfolios for all types of client needs. Tom takes an individualized approach for each client knowing that is what is required to provide prudent investment advice.

Tom received his B.S. from Illinois State University in 1984. He became CFO for Midwest Home FSB in Belleville, IL in 1985. In 1990 he was named Comptroller for UMB First National Bank of Collinsville, IL. Tom moved to Kansas City, MO and was appointed Sr. Vice President and Taxable Trading Manager for UMB’s Investment Banking Division in 1993. In 2000 he joined FCB Bank as a Financial Advisor and Portfolio Manager. Tom and his wife, Jean, live outside of O’Fallon, IL and enjoys traveling and spending time with his family.

Dan Reeves

With over 18 years of experience as a Financial Advisor and over 20 years in the financial services industry. Dan continues to focus his practice on assisting clients prepare for retirement and managing their assets through retirement. Dan also currently serves as the advisor on multiple retirement plans such as 401(k) Plans, Profit-sharing Plans and Simple IRAs.

Dan is committed to the process he has developed to help clients reach their financial goals. The first, and most important, step in this process is to help clients determine their goals and lay out what they are trying to achieve. From there, multiple steps are taken to produce the final result: a detailed retirement plan providing three crucial pieces of information:

  1. A probability of success ratio (depicting how likely the client is to achieve his or her goals)
  2. A comprehensive asset allocation for the client’s assets
  3. A written report to follow and use as a guide to achieve the financial goals

Dan and his wife Gina reside in Germantown, IL and are actively involved in the community with their three children. They also own and operate a small business in their community.

Elizabeth Whipple

Elizabeth has been in the Financial Services Industry since 2013. Her problem solving skills, desire to help people, and work ethic drew her to the industry. As a Financial Advisor, she strives to help her clients turn their financial "wants" into financial goals. Elizabeth prides herself on making each and every client feel valued. Whether it be retirement, education, insurance, and will assist them in accomplishing those goals.

Elizabeth graduated from Illinois College in Jacksonville in 2011. While in school, she was involved in several organizations that included Phi Sigma Iota Foreign Language Honor Society and Homecoming Committee.

Elizabeth is a Highland, IL native and currently resides in Aviston with her husband Nathan. She is an active member of the Jaycees and an ambassador to the Highland Chamber of Commerce. Elizabeth is a sports enthusiast and especially enjoys attending Cardinals games with her husband. She also enjoys being with her family, volunteering, and reading.
